Welcome to Hoop Heroes Basketball Ltd. (HHBL)!

By enrolling your child in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions of membership:

Monthly Membership Payments

Fees: Membership fees are payable by automatic recurring card payment, with a one-month notice required for cancellation. All membership fees are to be paid in advance on the first of each month. We do not have an option to pay by direct debit, bank transfer or cash. Not all payment card types may be accepted.

Understanding Your Monthly Payments

Our billing is structured to spread the cost of your child's membership evenly across the year, ensuring a consistent monthly fee that remains the same, even when classes are not in session during the holidays. This approach simplifies budgeting for families and provides a steady revenue stream that allows us to maintain the highest quality program.

Pro-Rated Payment Structure

Class cost £152 per term based on our “standard” membership (for 1 class per week in term time only) There are 3 terms per year £152 x 3 = £456 annual cost. £456 divided monthly by 12 = £38 a month for 12 months.

This fee accounts for all scheduled classes throughout the year, including periods when sessions may not occur due to school holidays. We endeavour to provide a minimum of 39 sessions per year ( 1 per week to coincide with the 3 x 13 week school terms). If for any reason we are forced to cancel these sessions we will offer either a make up session outside of term times, an alternative nearby venue or in some cases a refund or credit for cancelled classes.

Continuous Payment: It's crucial not to cancel your direct debit during summer, Christmas, and Easter holidays. Although classes may pause, the membership fee covers the program's year-round expenses and ensures your child's place is secured.

Cancellation and Re-enrollment Fees: Cancelling your payment during these breaks without prior notice will result in a re-enrollment fee being charged. Members returning after a break without maintaining their payments will be liable for back payments plus the re-enrollment fee.

Maintaining Membership: Regular payments guarantee your child's continued enrollment in our program. Due to high demand and limited spots, failing to keep up with payments could result in losing your child's place to another family on our waiting list.

Notice Period: We require one month's notice before any changes to your payment arrangements are made. If you have questions or need further clarification, please reach out to us at basketball@hoopheroes.co.uk

Missed Payments: If a payment fails due to insufficient funds or bank errors, we will attempt to resolve the issue promptly. Continued payment issues may lead to membership cancellation, and re-enrollment will be subject to availability and may include additional fees.

Payment Changes: Any changes to your payment amount (due to fee increases, shop purchases, etc.) will be reflected in the following month's billing cycle.
